Phillip John Trombley, age 72, of New Vienna, passed away on February 16, 2023 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born the son of the late Alfred Edward and Audrey Roberts Trombley on June 17, 1950 in Monroe, Michigan.
Phillip worked for Ford Motor Company and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a graduate of Monroe High School. Phillip was proudly employed as a corrections officer and yard Sargent. He loved his job and worked at many places over the years, including OCI, CMC, CRC, and Orient.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, David and Tony Trombley, Audrey Nolan, Carol Kilgus, and Shirley Folk.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Mary Charlene Pumpelly Trombley; step-son, Lester Stanley DeBoard of Columbus; siblings, Edward Alfred Trombley of Oklahoma and Barbara Riggs of Utah; nephew, Neal (Jill) Nolan of Columbus; and great niece and nephew, Bradley and Sarah Nolan.
In keeping with his wishes, Phillip will be cremated.
