CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe resident, Carl Eblin, recently hit the jackpot after winning $50,000 while playing the Billion scratch-off lottery game by the Ohio Lottery.
After taxes, Eblin will receive a total of $36,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Convenience Store in Grove City.
Billion is a scratch-off game with a top prize of $1 million per year for life, and as of February 23, 2023, there are four top prizes remaining.
