CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Rescue crews responded to the exit ramp to route 35 eastbound Sunday night after a woman was hit by a vehicle.
It happened as multiple squads were tied up at a mass overdose at the Ross County Jail.
The individual was reportedly riding a bicycle when they were hit. The woman, according to dispatchers, suffered a head injury in the accident.
She was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center.
