BAINBRIDGE, Ohio — Two people have been banned from the public park in Bainbridge after the town’s mayor said he caught them defecating in public.

Authorities were dispatched to Trusted Health Care in Bainbridge after reports of two individuals urinating and defecating in public.

Upon arrival, officers were informed by Dr. Lisa Jacobs that two individuals had been seen engaging in the inappropriate actions behind her office. Dr. Jacobs expressed her wish to bar the two from the premises, except for medical reasons.

Mayor of Bainbridge, Donald Matt Conley, approached the deputy at the scene and confirmed he had recently witnessed the same two individuals, a male and female, urinating in public at the local park. Mayor Conley requested they also be banned from entering the local park.

When questioned, the accused, who were found on a bench nearby, began ranting incoherently and refuted the claims, deputies said. They argued they had been using a Port-a-Potty at a close construction site. Nonetheless, they were informed that they would face Public Indecency charges if caught in such acts again and were officially banned from both the park and Trusted Health Care, barring medical necessities.
