Troopers and medics are on the scene of an accident just south of Chillicothe.
It’s happening in the 500 block of Toad Hallow Road off of route 23; that’s just south of Three Locks Road.
The call came in Tuesday evening just after 5:30 p.m.
According to dispatchers, the crash involves two vehicles that hit each other.
No other information has been released.
