DAYTON, Ohio — A local attorney is facing significant jail time after being indicted for multiple sex offenses related to an underage girl from Nevada, as per an announcement from the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
34-year-old Christopher Robin Six of Dayton was taken into custody on Sunday and is set to appear before the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday. Six is facing a total of 30 charges of pandering sexually oriented material concerning a minor, 32 counts of promoting sexually oriented content involving a minor, 10 instances of disseminating inappropriate content to juveniles, and two counts of importuning.
The authorities started probing into Six’s activities in March after the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force brought attention to suspicious activities linked to his Snapchat account, which allegedly contained images of child abuse.
An in-depth inspection of Six’s electronic devices and online platforms revealed disturbing details. The prosecutor’s office stated, “Evidence suggested that the defendant had kept in touch with a minor from Nevada, engaging in the exchange and solicitation of explicit photos. There were also conversations discussing his fantasies, which included bestiality, incest, and other inappropriate themes. Their communication persisted until Snapchat deactivated Six’s account due to the presence of child exploitation material.”
Montgomery County Prosecutor, Mat Heck Jr., expressed his disdain, emphasizing the threat that such individuals pose. “Christopher Six not only manipulated the child but constantly subjected her to harm. Offenders of this nature belong behind bars, ensuring they can’t harm other young individuals,” Heck said.
Reports say it has come to light that Six became affiliated with the Hurley Law practice in Middletown in February 2021. However, following the allegations, the firm confirmed his dismissal.
