ADAMS COUNTY, Ohio — An Adams County fire is currently under investigation by the State’s Fire Marshal’s Office.
On the early morning of Sunday, February 4th, at 4:55 am, the Winchester Community Fire District responded to a reported structure fire. The fire, located at 2300 Tri County Rd, engulfed a single-wide mobile home and posed a threat to a nearby detached garage.
Upon arrival, crews discovered the mobile home fully ablaze, according to reports.
The State Fire Marshal’s office is actively investigating the fire’s cause, and arson is suspected as a possibility. The residence had been vacant for approximately two weeks before the incident.
