Drug-Related Charges:
- Clay Miller (32), Lucasville, OH – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (2 counts)
- Josephine Smith (38), Ohio – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (2 counts), Aggravated Possession of Drugs
- Kyle Ross (33), Ohio – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (3 counts), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (2 counts), Possession of Drugs
Domestic Violence Charges:
- Donald Hall (56), Portsmouth, OH
- David Beck (50), Portsmouth, OH (2 counts)
Other Charges:
- Michael Adams (48), Portsmouth, OH – Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Illegal Use or Possession of Drugs
