An arrest warrant has been issued for a Circleville man.
Anthony Cook is wanted by the Fairfield County Sheriff.
The Sheriff told the Guardian that Cook shot a man in the leg during a fight Sunday night near Lithopolis. The victim will be okay.
Cook is from Circleville and should be considered armed and dangerous.
