PIKETON, Ohio — A tractor trailer fire on Sunday evening continues to disrupt traffic on Monday, causing significant delays in the area.
Fire and rescue crews responded to the incident on US 23 and State Route 32 south of Piketon, where a semi-truck fire erupted under the southbound bridge. Units, along with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), were on the scene, working to assess and ensure the safety and integrity of the bridge.
As of early Monday morning, one lane of the southbound bridge was reopened at 3:34 a.m.

All exits are accessible, but traffic on State Route 32 has been reduced to one lane. Motorists should anticipate delays and exercise caution when traveling through the area. Authorities continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
