Initial Narrative: On 07/11/24, Sgt. Riege was dispatched to an address on Patton Hill Rd in reference to an assist for the Chillicothe Police Department. Dispatch advised that CPD was wanting an assist in locating a cell phone that was pinging at this location. From past experiences and calls for service, it was found that the ping was close to the address on SR 772, just behind Patton Hill Rd. After further contacts, the phone was retrieved from Pam Ln and brought to CPD to be returned to the owner.
