History Buffs Take Note!
- American Revolution Experience: Dive into the nation’s birth with interactive displays and artifacts at The Gallery on North Paint Street. This free exhibit, presented by the Nathaniel Massie Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, runs from July 15th through August 10th, Thursdays through Sundays.
Learning Adventures for Kids:
- Kid’s Nature Zone: Join Chillicothe STEM for a fun and educational Wednesday at the Coppel Athletic Complex! This week (July 17th) the focus is on Ohio Animals. Free admission and activities run from noon to 1 PM.
Calling All Citizen Scientists!
- Dragonfly Mercury Project: Help track mercury levels and study aquatic ecology by volunteering with the Dragonfly Mercury Project at Mound City Group on July 18th. This initiative is open to participants aged 13 and older. Call 740-774-1126 to register.
Free Summer Fun:
- Free Summer Movie Series: Catch a classic! Danbarry Cinema screens “Babe” on July 18th. Doors open at 10 AM, seating is first-come, first-served.
