SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio — The Scioto County Grand Jury convened on January 3, 2025, returning six public indictments, Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced. The defendants, all hailing from Portsmouth and West Portsmouth, face a series of serious charges, including attempted murder and felonious assault.
Trevon Watts, 26, Portsmouth, Ohio:
