Athens police say a wanted murderer and his accomplice have been caught.
The shooting happened Sunday morning.
Police officials said they responded to 117 Washington Street and found 37-year-old Victor Hart dead. Investigators told the Guardian they were looking for Dylan Secoy, 26, Albany, Ohio, who was driving a blue Chevy Impala with temporary plates. He was believed to be the shooter, they said.
Secoy was caught later Sunday evening near Beckley, West Virgina, along with an 18-year-old accomplice, Rachael Pavosky.
They have been charged with murder and complicity to murder.
