CHILLICOTHE, Ohio— Ohio’s Secretary of State, Frank LaRose, shined a spotlight on a local Chillicothe business this month.
Guac N’ Roll is a local food truck, owned and operated by armed forces veteran, Brent Butler.
Butler told the Secretary of State that he was “inspired to start his food truck, Guac N’ Roll, in southern Ohio”.
The business is best known for its variety of tacos, quesadillas, and its specialty item, queso bowls.
Guac N’ Roll is just one of several food truck businesses mentioned this month by LaRose.
“Being an entrepreneur takes grit, determination, and creativity, especially when facing challenging economic headwinds,” said LaRose. “Ohioans have all been heavily impacted by inflation and economic uncertainty, yet I am fully confident that Ohio entrepreneurs will continue to be the tip of the spear to lead us back to firmer footing. These food truck entrepreneurs work tirelessly for their businesses to succeed, to provide for their families, and to create jobs and prosperity for their communities.”
