Ricky Alan Jones, age 69, of Greenfield, Ohio passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.
He was born August 21, 1953, in Washington C.H., Ohio, the son of Kenneth and Betty (Smith) Jones.
Ricky was a 1971 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and later received his doctorate degree in accounting.
He was owner/operator of Ricky Jones Accounting in Greenfield and was of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Matthews) Jones whom he married on December 3, 1994; eleven children, Bergandy Jones, Jean Ann Greene, Tyler Jones, Jessi Jones (Eli Smith), Joseph Jones, Cody Jones, Ricky (Sadie) Jones, Jr., Stephanie (Chaz) Halloran, Michael Jones, Shane Tolle, Tyler Custis; and thirteen grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Harvey Jones; and both parents.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 28, at Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Cochran Cemetery near New Martinsburg. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Saturday, at the funeral home.
