VINTON COUNTY, Ohio — On Wednesday, April 5th, the Vinton County Sheriff’s Office was kept busy with a variety of calls throughout the day.
In the early hours of the morning at 4:20 am, deputies responded to a possible overdose on Kelly Road. Later at 7:00 am, deputies checked a residence on State Route 93.
At 8:20 am, deputies conducted a traffic stop on West Main Street in McArthur. Then at 11:20 am, deputies evicted a tenant from Vinton Green Apartments in McArthur.
In the afternoon, at 5:45 pm, deputies responded to Wolf Hill Road in reference to a dog bite. Later, at 6:54 pm, deputies took a report on Barleon Road in reference to a vehicle hitting a downed powerline.
In the evening at 7:35 pm, deputies removed a small tree from the roadway on Bolar Road. Finally, at 11:51 pm, deputies responded to Sam Russell Road in reference to a trespassing complaint.
