• Matthew Meenach, 37, of Greenup, KY, faces charges for Failure to Appear as Required by Recognizance.
• Tray Banks, 32, of Sciotoville, OH, was indicted for Felonious Assault and two counts of Assault.
• Tabitha Craft, 35, of West Portsmouth, OH, faces charges for Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound.
• Franklin Holsinger, 58, of Portsmouth, OH, was charged with Obstructing Official Business, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Menacing, and Domestic Violence.
• Amanda Lewis, 33, of Portsmouth, OH, was indicted for two counts of Felonious Assault and Domestic Violence.
• Carson Craft, Jr., of Portsmouth, OH, faces multiple drug-related charges, including Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Receiving Stolen Property, Having Weapons While Under Disability, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drugs.
• Dillon Bassett, 27, of Portsmouth, OH, was indicted on Domestic Violence.
• Joshua Graham, 33, of Minford, OH, faces drug charges including Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, Possession of Drugs, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Alexander Abbruscato, 25, of Wheelersburg, OH, was indicted for Assault.
• David Rickards, 31, of West Portsmouth, OH, faces charges of Domestic Violence and Strangulation.
