Unlicensed Dogs Found at Hospital

At 2:52 p.m., Lt. McGoye and Deputy Nott were advised by OSP Lt. Morgan that a vehicle parked on Adventist Regional Medical Center property was being used as a residence by two people with four dogs. Upon inspection, deputies discovered that all four dogs lacked proper tags and licenses, and investigation began.
