HILLSBORO, Ohio — A man was arrested and charged with menacing after deputies say he threatened another person inside a business Saturday evening, according to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to North Shore Road at about 7:28 p.m. Aug. 8 in reference to a report of a subject threatening another person inside a business, the sheriff’s office said.
After interviewing witnesses and investigating, deputies arrested Austin Trent at a residence on Rainbow Lane, according to the sheriff’s office. He was transported to the Highland County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
