CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A farm trailer was destroyed Friday afternoon in Circleville after it was peeled back like a tin can.
The trailer was traveling on North Court Street near route 23 at around 1 p.m. when it went under a bridge. As the animal hauling trailer went under the 13’8” bridge, it snagged on the underbelly of the bridge and was peeled back.
Deputies arrived on scene and took a crash report. There were no injuries reported and the trailer was empty.
The rig pulling the trailer had the words Schmitmer Farms on the side.
