FRANKFORT, Ohio — Troopers are investigating a crash involving a 3-year-old child being struck.
At around 2 p.m., on Tuesday, a Washington Court House woman was driving down North Second Street when the child walked into the roadway, troopers said. Troopers report that’s when the child was run-over.
The child was taken to Children’s Hospital in Columbus for non-life threatening injuries. The woman was not injured.
