Linda Blankenship, 64, of Columbus, died 6:44 a.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born October 29, 1956, in Chillicothe, to the late Nathan and Helen Evans Patrick.
Surviving are a daughter, Tia Blankenship, of Columbus; a grandson, Scottie Johnson, Jr. and his fiancee, Cheyenne Dunn; great grandchildren, Scottie III, Charlie and Samantha; a brother, Danny Patrick, of Chillicothe; and special friend and caregiver, Lisa Rhoads, of Columbus. She was predeceased by a brother, Verdis Patrick.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Kenny Self officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 12 noon until the time of the service on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
