CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Guardian is pleased to announce the winners of its 2021 Tecumseh ticket photo contest.
The contest ran for two weeks and was centered around viewers submitting photos of their best outdoor fun. The top four photos that received the most votes are taking home tickets to see Chillicothe’s very own Tecumseh!
Winners will witness the epic life story of the legendary Shawnee leader as he struggles to defend his sacred homelands in the Ohio country during the late 1700’s.
- 1st PLACE: Two VIP tickets; VIP tickets include show ticket, backstage tour, $5 concessions voucher, souvenir program or poster, rain insurance, and collectible VIP lanyard and tote bag.
- 2nd PLACE: Family pack of four general admission tickets to any show.
- 3rd PLACE: Family pack of four general admission tickets to any show.
- 4th PLACE: Two general admission tickets to any show.
FIRST PLACE:
First place goes to Lindsay Williams and her son, Aiden. Aiden’s photo of him riding a coin-operated car at an outdoor mall received 220 votes.
SECOND PLACE:
Second place is Rebecca Cyrus and her family, who spelled out “OHIO” with their arms while at the beach. Rebecca’s family received 85 votes.
THIRD PLACE:
Third place is awarded to Jerry Steinbrook and his family. In Jerry’s photo, Jerry’s son is pulling on his wife’s hair just as the shutter to the camera snaps. Jerry’s family received 84 votes.
FOURTH PLACE:
Fourth place in the photo contest is awarded to Roger Demint. Roger’s photo is a picture of friends and family dressed in Halloween costumes, playing a round of pool. His photo received 71 votes.
