ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Law enforcement officials say a domestic dispute turned violent early Sunday morning in Kingston.
According to initial reports, deputies responded to South Main Street in the village after dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call from a woman who said her boyfriend had assaulted her.
Upon arrival, deputies met with the victim, who claimed her boyfriend attacked her, and then poured gasoline on her head.
The man identified by deputies as Wade Frazier was arrested and charged with felonious assault and domestic violence. He remains in custody at the Ross County Jail.
