ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross County woman indicted on Grand Theft will make her first appearance in court today.
Hettie M. Armstrong was indicted last month after investigators said she stole a 2010 Ford Focus on December 7, 2021.
If convicted, the 33-year-old woman could spend the next 6 months behind bars.
Officials have not stated if this case is related to other recent automotive thefts in the county.
