COLUMBUS, Ohio — OhioHealth, a not-for-profit health system based in Columbus, Ohio, will offer upfront, low to no-cost degree programs for all full and some part-time associates, in critical need clinical programs, starting day one of their hire date. This program includes no out-of-pocket cost at 8 colleges, and the employer direct pays at more than 50 partner colleges and universities for up to $5,250. This new option builds upon the successful and generous tuition reimbursement program already in place at OhioHealth.

For many preferred partner colleges, universities, and certifications, all full and some part-time associates, in specified fields, can get up to $5,250, a calendar year worth of tuition assistance, from day one, along with new dependent benefits for education including tuition discounts at a number of Ohio universities.

These new no-cost options serve as a pathway for current associates to continue growing within the organization and lean into a desire to take the next step in their higher education journey.
