CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Thursday at 1 p.m., a squad was requested to assist with a vehicle accident that occurred on Mingo Road in Chillicothe.
What is currently known is that the driver is a teenaged male, and the vehicle flipped. In the accident, he sustained injuries to his hand, which resulted in bleeding, and his head. The trooper on scene suspects that the hand may be broken.
