SOUTHERN OHIO — Several homes are in the dark this afternoon following a round of storms that pushed through the area, bringing gusty winds.
According to the South Central Power Company, over 2,000 customers are without electricity in Pickaway County.
American Electric Power reports nearly 300 of its customers are affected as well.
Law enforcement and emergency services have reported several downed trees and powerlines across the region.
Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling this afternoon.
