ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A 24-year-old Piketon man has pleaded guilty to sex crimes in Ross County.
Preston Kinnison was indicted in August 2022 on charges of rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
According to reports, Kinnison sexually assaulted a family member when they were 11 years old and again at the age of 15. As part of a plea deal, Kinnison faces 3 to 4 1/2 years in prison.
