Joe R. Osborne, 69, of Chillicothe, passed 7:18 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2023 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following a short illness.
He was born May 12, 1953, in Chillicothe, to the late Andy and Babe Leffel Osborne.
Surviving are a sister, Judy Osborne; a brother, Mike Osborne; nieces, Andrea Osborne, Airin Osborne, Autumn Stiles and Michele Heiss; girlfriend, Tammy Lusk; and many beloved life long friends.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Russ Osborne.
Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and beach vacations. He was an avid Cleveland Browns Fan and enjoyed attending the Kentucky Derby.
Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023. There will be no funeral services.
