COLUMBUS, Ohio — Patrick Saultz, aka “White Boy Pat,” pleaded guilty to running a large-scale criminal organization that trafficked drugs, sex trafficked women, and laundered money.
The organization operated from 2008 to 2022, and distributed large quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, oxycodone, and alprazolam.
Saultz admitted to three federal law violations: conspiracy to distribute and possess drugs near an elementary school, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, and money laundering to conceal their illicit proceeds.

He is required to provide restitution to the victims of sex trafficking and forfeit all the property seized during the investigation.
Saultz was initially indicted with 10 others, and a superseding indictment added 13 more defendants and included 28 new charges related to the narcotics conspiracy.
The legal proceedings against the other defendants are still ongoing.
