JEFFERSONVILLE, Ohio — A fatal crash is being investigated in Fayette County.
It happened at around 10 p.m. on Sunday night along I-71 near Jefersonville, close to mile marker 70.
Sheriff Vernon P. Stanforth said the highway was closed as crews worked the accident and that the county coroner was called to the scene.
The events leading up to the crash and the names of those involved were not immediately released.
