To use the app, simply take a photo of the issue you want to report, provide some details about the problem, and submit the request. The app will then send your request to the appropriate city department. City officials will use the app to track your request and keep you updated on its progress.
The Chillicothe Fix It! app also allows residents to view, comment on, and follow issues submitted by their neighbors.
