CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man remains in jail today on a $10,000 bond, charged with felonious assault following an alleged domestic dispute.
According to the report from the Chillicothe Police Department, the victim filed a complaint, saying she was assaulted by her boyfriend, 38-year-old Nicholas Grooms, on 1/31/2024.
