CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — This week, the Chillicothe Police Department, in collaboration with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority (APA), executed a drug search warrant at 1078 Theatre Street. Assisted by the APA, law enforcement officers seized approximately 17 grams of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and Drug Paraphernalia from the premises.
Simultaneously, on the same date, the Chillicothe Police Department, in conjunction with the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP), conducted a traffic stop in the vicinity of State Route 104. A patrol’s K9 positive indication on the vehicle prompted a search, resulting in the seizure of approximately 120 grams of Cocaine, Drug Paraphernalia, and a digital scale.
On-scene charges from the operation at 1078 Theatre Street included Quentin Havens, a 44-year-old resident of Beaver, facing a parole Violation.
Meanwhile, from the traffic stop, charges were filed against Robert Rogers, a 45-year-old Chillicothe resident, for Trafficking Drugs and Possession of Cocaine. Additionally, Mitchell Ingram Jr., a 52-year-old from Columbus, faces charges of Possession of Drugs, Tampering with Evidence, Illegal Conveyance of Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Authorities noted that additional felony charges may be forthcoming in both cases pending laboratory results.
