ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — The search for a missing man from Ross County intensifies today after the dog accompanying him was recently found. According to a family post on social media, Milo, the dog belonging to Manuel Woods, was located along Airport Road in Ross County.
Earlier this week, an aviation unit was called in to aid in the search for Woods in the area of Stoney Creek Road and Scioto Trails State Park.
Woods has been missing for nearly two weeks. Residents have taken to Facebook to express their frustration with the Ross County Sheriff’s Office for waiting so long to initiate a full-scale search for the man.
Manuel Woods was last seen walking away from a residence in the 3000 block of Stoney Creek Road with his dog, Milo.
Woods is described as being 6’ 3”, weighing 250 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Ross County Sheriff’s Office or their local law enforcement agency.
