CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – The Ohio Highway Patrol chased a motorcyclist in Ross County overnight. According to initial reports, troopers attempted to pull over the motorcyclist near Tar Hollow State Park, but the rider refused to stop.
The resulting chase ensued along Route 327, with speeds exceeding 70 miles-per-hour. The pursuit ended when the motorcycle-rider lost control and crashed.
Authorities have not yet released the rider’s name, their reason for fleeing, or their condition after the crash.
