BAINBRIDGE, Ohio — A Bainbridge woman is reporting a domestic violence incident that occurred on July 10th,2024, and involved her estranged husband threatening and chasing her. The suspect, Timothy Miller, remains at large.
According to a police report, the victim, [NAME REDACTED], reported that Miller struck her car with his vehicle multiple times while she was driving on State Route 41. She also stated that Miller threatened to kill her.
The report further details that Miller has an alleged history of threatening the victim and their children. Screenshots of emails sent by Miller were included in the report, where he allegedly threatens violence if [NAME REDACTED] does not return home.
Officers followed up on leads on July 11th and went to Miller’s residence. He was not located inside, but a black Chevy Cruze believed to be driven by Miller was found nearby.
A subsequent chase ensued after a 911 call reported Miller following [NAME REDACTED] again. Miller fled on foot into the woods and evaded capture despite efforts by officers and a drone team. A search warrant was executed at another location, where a different vehicle belonging to Miller was found hidden with a tarp. Weapons, including brass knuckles and a machete,were recovered from the vehicle.
The Ross County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information on Timothy Miller’s whereabouts to contact them immediately.
