Pursuit was terminated by Deputy Rush.

The male was warned for disorderly conduct and transported to his probation officer’s office. Later that day, deputies were dispatched back to the residence because the male was acting in a disorderly manner again. The male was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct.

A vehicle was stopped for marked lanes and had an open container of alcohol in the car. Deputy Tatman encountered a male with bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcohol emanating from his person. An investigation was started resulting in charges of OVI, three separate driving under suspension citations, marked lanes citation, and open container citation.
