A female subject experiencing altered mental status and making suicidal comments was located and transported to Adena for treatment in Chillicothe after she fled into the woods. Chillicothe Police Department assisted using a thermal drone.

Theft and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle in Kingston

A vehicle was reported stolen from South Main Street in Kingston. An investigation was initiated following contact with the vehicle owner.

Traffic Control Violation

A male bicyclist was stopped by Lt. McGoye in Chillicothe for failing to obey traffic control devices at Main St. and Hickory St. An investigation is underway.

OVI Arrest in Chillicothe

Deputy Woodbridge arrested an impaired driver on the 1700 block of Western Avenue in Chillicothe after finding a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot.

Burglary Arrest on Cooks Hill Road

A possible active burglary led to the arrest of one individual on Cooks Hill Road, who was subsequently taken to the Ross County Jail.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle in Frankfort

An incident on County Road 550 involved a complaint of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The complainant’s wife allegedly had his vehicle and refused to return it. An investigation is ongoing.

Disorderly Conduct in Chillicothe

Deputies were dispatched to handle disorderly conduct on Crouse Chapel Road in Chillicothe, but parties had already separated upon their arrival.

Numerous non-criminal incidents were also noted, ranging from civil disputes, found property reports, standby orders, scam reports, juvenile complaints, and nuisance complaints.
