JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio — Wellston village officials have issued a boil advisory for parts of the area. Officials say, the advisory is in effect for residents from the area of Broadway to West D Street, Park Avenue to Wisconsin Avenue, and any customers with low or no water pressure.
