ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — An early morning house fire in Ross County is being investigated as arson.
According to reports, firefighters from multiple townships responded to the 4000 block of Black Run Road Monday night.
It happened shortly before midnight.
Upon arrival, firefighters said the structure was fully engulfed in flames. Witnesses told deputies that the home was vacant.
Crews battled the blaze into the early morning hours of Tuesday. Officials did not release the cause of the fire and said the incident remains under investigation. They also said that arson is suspected in this case.
