CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — According to the Chillicothe Police Department, dispatchers received a call of an auto theft in the area of Vine Street around 7 a.m. this morning.
Reports say, an hour after the theft, the owner spotted the vehicle near Riverside and Sugar Street.
Officers were sent to the area to look for the suspected stolen vehicle.
A passerby told officers that 4 male subjects ran from the car into a nearby wooded area.
Officials say officers searched the area and located the four juvenile suspects. Authorities say they were arrested at the scene and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center on Cattail Road.
The stolen car was found on North Poplar Street near the flood wall, and was returned to the owner.
