CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Ross County man was arraigned in Common Pleas Court today on charges connected with the alleged sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.
Glen Kingery of Lunbeck Road in Chillicothe was indicted in July and charged with 2 counts of rape, and 1 count of gross sexual imposition. Kingery was arrested by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office earlier this morning.
According to a copy of the indictment obtained by the Guardian, Kingery is alleged to have sexually assaulted the child from October 2020 to December 2020.
If convicted, Kingery could spend the next several decades behind bars. He remains in custody at the Ross County Jail without bond.
