CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Drugs, money, and guns were seized during a raid in Chillicothe on Friday.
According to the Chillicothe Police Department, the city’s SWAT team responded to 68 Vincent Street shortly before 6 p.m. following an investigation into alleged drug activity at the residence.
The SWAT team, officials said, made entry into the residence and found several individuals inside. Members of the team detained them, and a search of the home was performed.
Police say a large quantity of suspected narcotics was found, as well as other items indicative of drug trafficking. Nearly $4,000 in cash was also found on one of the home’s occupants.
Arrested at the scene were 58-year-old Troy Doyle and 19-year-old Stefhon Greathouse. Both men were charged with having weapons under disability. Additional charges, authorities say, could be forthcoming pending lab analysis of the suspected drugs by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
