CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man was sentenced to prison this week for charges related to the sexual assault of a child.
Thoryn Sizemore, who was indicted last year on one count of gross sexual imposition involving a victim under the age of 13, has been sentenced to two years in prison with 88 days of jail time credit.
According to court documents obtained by The Guardian, Sizemore has been in custody at the Ross County Jail since December and earlier this month, he pleaded guilty to the charge.
In addition to the prison term, he will register as a tier II sex offender and will have five years of post-release control.
