CHILLICOTHE, Ohio —A Chillicothe man was arrested over the weekend after being secretly indicted by the Ross County grand jury. 

According to the Chillicothe Police Department, Jordan Howard, 31, was arrested at a Chillicothe City School-related function on May 18. 

Howard faces felony drug possession charges.

He remains in custody pending arraignment in a Chillicothe court.
