Roger L. Jones, aged 84, of Chillicothe, passed away on January 25, 2025, after a brief illness. Born on June 14, 1940, to Earl “Red” and Elma Weese Jones, he was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and a Vietnam War veteran who served in the U.S. Army. Roger was also a talented freelance tailor and fabric artist, a dedicated member of Walnut Street United Methodist Church, and a 50-year member of F.O.E. Aerie 600. He is survived by many cousins and friends. Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. on February 8, 2025, at Ware Funeral Home, with military rites at Greenlawn Cemetery.
