Open Liquor Container in Motor Vehicle

On February 17, 2025, officers responded to the 700 block of Safford Ave regarding two individuals in a parked vehicle for an extended period. Upon contact, officers discovered open beer bottles in their possession. Quinten M. Maxwell and Lyndon M. White were issued summons for open liquor container violations.

Unruly Juvenile Complaint

Officers responded to 36 E 7th Street in reference to an unruly juvenile. The investigation is ongoing.

Arrest on Outstanding Warrants

Officers located Michael Underwood on N Bridge St and confirmed he had outstanding warrants for failure to appear. Underwood was arrested and transported to RCJ without incident.

Welfare Check at Tiffin Towers

Officers conducted a welfare check at 78 S Walnut St. The investigation continues.

Death Notification Assistance

Case Number: PD-P2500850

Deputy A. Hollis from the Ross County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Chillicothe Police Department for a death notification at 104 Ewing Street. The report remains ongoing.
